I would agree that your nose is shorter than it was, and I have found  that to be  deeply disturbing for patients.  Unfortunately there are no quick or easy fixes.   You must wait a full year for healing to be complete and then you will need cartilage grafting and release of scar tissue to all...

Do I need a revision because nearly 3 after rhinoplasty my tip still points down?

The feasibility of revision rhinoplasty would require an examination. In general, if you want your tip elevated, surgery would be necessary. Consider consulting with your surgeon or another rhinoplasty specialist to discuss your concerns. Thank you. Dr Joseph
