I agree in that your nose is somewhat prominent. Softening the size of the tip and creating a slightly more concave or upwardly rotated nasal tip can soften facial features especially a woman. In addition, you might also benefits from some reduction on the size of the nose overall and the tip is slightly bulbous; by reducing those features it would restore some more balance to your face. fairly well aligned; good job! I do feel a well done rhinoplasty would help you
accomplish your goal. There are other issues you may want to consider too but
your nose would definitely be the primary one. Seek the opinion of several
facial plastic specialists with at least 10 years of experience. A good start
is to look at their web sites for training, peruse their photos and make sure
you like the results and then schedule a visit if all looks well. Experience

There is no question that rhinoplasty would help soften your face but that alone would not be the complete solution. The other more masculine feature of your face is your jawline. Reducing and narrowing your jawline and chin would also be helpful with any rhinoplasty procedure in the spirit of the overall goal of improved facial feminization.
