2 months post op Rhinoplasty removing ear cartilage to fill the nose tip. I am still experiencing mild ear pain. Is this normal?

The ear doesn't hurt unless I press into it. The ear hurts when I apply pressure towards it. I am afraid that it is caused by infection. Is it normal to have pain still after 2 months? I am also experiencing very mild headache sometimes but I am not sure if it is related to this.

Dear still healing after two months and a modest amount of soreness is not unexpected. I'm not sure that headaches would be related to this.

While soreness is expected for a few months it is important for you to let your doctor know so that an infection can be ruled out.  If there is no infection present it could be positional . Are you sleeping on that side? The headache may or may not be related. Headaches can be triggered from any facial pain.  Let your doctor know about this so that this cycle can be interrupted to avoid a chronic problem.
