Bump on nose bridge after injury. Any suggestions? (photos)

Thank you for the information and images. It does appear that you have an increased prominence of the nasal hump post trauma. Usually it is good to wait at least 12 months before thinking about correction of any remaining deformity. In order to reduce the nasal hump you would need to have a rhinoplasty and therefore need to be assessed by a Specialist Plastic Surgeon. RegardsDr Guy Watts

 Trauma to the nose can cause a dorsal hump which is composed of bone bone and cartilage that is shifted from the injury. The dorsal hump can be shaved down with a rhinoplasty. Osteotomies of the nasal bones will then be required to straighten the nasal bones and close the open roof created from the hump removal.
