Augmentation of Glabella/brow area after Asian rhinoplasty? (photos)

My result has the nose suddenly starting between the eyes and a dent/depression between the forehead and top of nose, shortening the appearance of the nose (pic1 from left). Would it be possible to raise this (glabellar/forehead region?), such that the nose is continuous with the brow and starts higher from the brow for a more aesthetic result (pics 2+3)? If so, I was wondering if it would be possible to raise this area with fat grafts and what this procedure would be called.

You can undergo the procedure together safely.  From your photos it seems that instead of a brow lift an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty would be adequate.  The lower lids would benefit from judicious removal of some herniated periorbital fat.  Your pictures did not show the...

Hi.  I usually recommend waiting 2-3 weeks after endo forehead before perm'ing or coloring your hair, and 4 weeks after facelift or coronal browlift.All the best,

Would a brow lift address heavy upper lids due to excess fat?

Thank you for your question. Some benefit is achieved with a brow lift, but you still may need a blepharoplasty as well on the upper eyelids. The browlift just lifts the fat, it doesn't remove it. I hope this helps!

Can this pain be nerve pain? Throbbing/tight/strange sensation to right side of head and temple area after brow lift.

Thank you for your question. You may have a suture absorbing and causing inflammation near a nerve or a nerve may have been bruised during the procedure, and it is just healing. Have your surgeon examine the area and assist you in determing the cause. I hope this helps!

With an endoscopic brow lift, are holes drilled into the skull?

Although some endoscopic techniques do require small holes to be drilled in the skull bone there are also other techniques that do not require this maneuver. Make sure you discuss the various options in detail with your surgeon before making a final decision.
