Your issue is not an infrequent one in cases where significant dorsal augmentation is achieved.Your suggestion of fat grafting is right on; it works very well to help transition the upper aspect of the dorsal implant with adjacent areas.Hope this helps

It would be nice to see some lateral views. It is possible to augment that area. A cartilage graft is your best option. It isn't unheard of to have injections there- but they come with a risk. Your best option is to have an in person consultation with a board certified facial plastic surgeon with expertise in Asian rhinoplasty.

Hello, there are various means to achieve what you desire to augment the glabella.  My personal opinion is to avoid fillers here due to very important blood vessels that may be in-advertenly injected and cause the skin over the forehead to have serious problems.  Via an approach from inside the nose this area can be accessed to augemnt it.  Having an idea of your profile in addition to what work/implants/grafts have been in place already would be important to know before embarking on any revision here.
