I have an a prominent brow ridge and orbital region and am seeking a reduction. I do, however, have a quite rapidly receding hairline and therefore I feel a coronal incision is not an option. Much of the orbital bone that I wish to be shaved down is right down behind much of my upper eye lid and seems very accessible. I understand that full brow ridge surgery would require a scalp incision but as the orbital region is my main concern, I would be satisfied with this area being focussed on.

Hi. I usually recommend waiting 2-3 weeks after endo forehead before perm'ing or coloring your hair, and 4 weeks after facelift or coronal browlift. All the best,
Thank you for your question. Some benefit is achieved with a brow lift, but you still may need a blepharoplasty as well on the upper eyelids. The browlift just lifts the fat, it doesn't remove it. I hope this helps!
Thank you for your question. You may have a suture absorbing and causing inflammation near a nerve or a nerve may have been bruised during the procedure, and it is just healing. Have your surgeon examine the area and assist you in determing the cause. I hope this helps!
