Hi, I'm 5'11'', 32, and 205lbs male, A few years back I went from 240 to 170 and now back at 205. I"m going in for lipo of the side flanks, breast area, and a tummy tuck. What should I expect as far as pant size change? Weight change?

Usually there is a 5000cc limit for a liposuction. Your body weight will also be reduced by the weight of the removed skin. Answer: Weight loss? Thanks for the question, liposuction should be considered a body contouring and not a weight loss operation. That being said, my patients go on a meal plan we have had designed for post operative healing and with that our patients tend to lose about 8 lbs and 4 dress sizes. Men are different, probably because they dont follow the meal plan like the woman do and men tend to wear their pants at different levels so its harder to predict changes in pant size
