What is this patch of fat on my lower back and could i get it removed with lipo? (photos)

Hello Natalia and thank you for posting photos along with your question! YES!!! I regularly take care of this area above the buttocks which commonly has a collection of fat and has a very puffy type appearance to it. From the photos you posted it seems like this is the case in your situation but the only way to really tell is by an in person consultation so that it can be assessed to make sure it is just fat and nothing else. The other good news is, if you feel like this one area is making your butt seem flatter than it is, not only will liposuctioning that make your butt look better, but performing liposuction of your lower back (right above your butt on both sides) can also make your butt look better and BIGGER! Thank you for your question and photo.  That is a very common area for liposuction with really nice results. liposuction of the the lower back region esp the central area will create a nice contour and silhouette.  Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. best wishes.
