I have this small fat roll right above by butt. It it makes my behind look flatter than it is. Would it be possible to get it removed with lipo?

Answer: Significant Improvement Fat deposits above the tailbone is a common complaint. This is one of my favorite areas for liposuction since it makes a tremendous difference. The goal would be to create a smooth transition from the back to the buttock, so clothing fits much better.

Answer: Fat pad above butt Hello Natalia and thank you for posting photos along with your question! YES!!! I regularly take care of this area above the buttocks which commonly has a collection of fat and has a very puffy type appearance to it. From the photos you posted it seems like this is the case in your situation but the only way to really tell is by an in person consultation so that it can be assessed to make sure it is just fat and nothing else. The other good news is, if you feel like this one area is making your butt seem flatter than it is, not only will liposuctioning that make your butt look better, but performing liposuction of your lower back (right above your butt on both sides) can also make your butt look better and BIGGER! Answer: TailBone Fat Pads have got to go ! Fat pads such as in the tailbone area are easy to remove with liposuction under tum. local and would be so worth it.
