Fat deposits above the tailbone is a common complaint. This is one of my favorite areas for liposuction since it makes a tremendous difference. The goal would be to create a smooth transition from the back to the buttock, so clothing fits much better.

YES!!! I regularly take care of this area above the buttocks which commonly has a collection of fat and has a very puffy type appearance to it. From the photos you posted it seems like this is the case in your situation but the only way to really tell is by an in person consultation so that it can be assessed to make sure it is just fat and nothing else. The other good news is, if you feel like this one area is making your butt seem flatter than it is, not only will liposuctioning that make your butt look better, but performing liposuction of your lower back (right above your butt on both sides) can also make your butt look better and BIGGER! Fat pads such as in the tailbone area are easy to remove with liposuction under tum. local and would be so worth it.

The answer is liposuction sculpting. I have done this area thousands of times. As long as it's fat, it's going to look great with liposuction.  No need for general anesthesia.  Quick recovery if performed  under local anesthesia with tiny cannulas.  I like one single incision well hidden in the to post of the midline buttock fold. 

You could easily do liposuction or you might also consider Kybella which is a simple office procedure which would dissolve the fat in several office treatments; nonsurgically.
