I recommend non invasive treatments like Vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. See an expert for a formal evaluation. Sometimes a flat panel of coolsculpting can help. Best, Dr. Emer
Thanks for the question. It is common after aggressive liposuction to have long standing and even permanent scarring. At this point there are a few options. My preference is surgical. I would infiltrate the area with numbing medication and use a special instrument to break up all the scar tissue and smooth out the area. I understand a lot of people do not want more surgery so I would suggest radiofrequency treatments with the Venus legacy machine or even simpler would be at home tissue manipulation. My patients tell me that the fascia blaster which can be purchases on line works well.
Fibrosis is a natural part of wound healing. When fibrosis is uneven the appearance is wavy. This appears as unevenness in the skin. Ultrasonic lyposuction can be used to smooth this considerably. It is near impossible too make it go 100% My Best, Dr Commons
Based on your photo, it seems you will benefit from a liposuction procedure. This procedure will contour your knees and remove stubborn fat around your knee cap, giving you a better contour.

I suggest posting pictures and seeing an expert, this needs post-operative RF treatments and vanquish with cellutone. Best, Dr. Emer.
