Is it normal for my nose to be this red/discolored after revision rhinoplasty? (Photo)

I'm 10 months post op Revision Rhinoplasty My nose always looks red/discolored. I notice it more in pictures than in person, but it's also discolored in person. Is this normal? I don't feel like it is. I also need another revision And I'm scared to cut into my nose again and it fall off.
