I'm considering techniques like the v-y advancement for columella extension post-rhinoplasty two years ago to elongate my nostrils for a more elegant look I am okay with scarring if it means achieving the desired shape. My alar was not resected in surgery and its stil as long as it was , only the columela is short. I know that columelar graft can achieve projection but it wont make my columela skin less tight and small. What I am interested in first is columelar skin extension.
