Hi Doctors, I'm unhappy with the result of my revision rhinoplasty -- the grafts that were put into the nose made it very large. I'm 6 months post op and my doctor is willing to operate now for another revision. I know the general consensus is to wait a year, but how risky is it to undergo surgery now? Thanks in advance!

Hello and thank you for your question. When 5FU or steroids are injected into the supratip, this should not cause any resorption of cartilage as long as good technique is used by your surgeon. These are very safe in the supratip.
