Deviated nose tip - is it possible to decrease projection and lift the tip? (Photo)

I had a rhinoplasty last year due to my crooked nose. My nose is still crooked. The left side of tip longer and droopier and its too long. Is it possible to decrease the tip projection and lift the tip?
