How long after breast reduction until nipples pop out?

I am 4 weeks post op from a breast reduction and one of my nipples is inverted and is sort of laying sideways. I was wondering at what point should I worry about my nipple not correcting itself? Is there some sort of massage that can help correct the problem and loosen the connective tissue underneath?

You can have a nice breast augmentation after a reduction.  Implants are great way to improve the lost shape and form of your breasts from the weight loss without going too big.  Implants are a nice way to do that.  Take a look at my blog about this topic just a few weeks ago....
