You can have a nice breast augmentation after a reduction. Implants are great way to improve the lost shape and form of your breasts from the weight loss without going too big. Implants are a nice way to do that. Take a look at my blog about this topic just a few weeks ago. Make sure you see a plastic surgeon that knows how to use the current size and measurements of your breast to help find an implant that will improve your breasts perkiness. If you get a chance go to my website. Drvasisht.com and click on the blog section and then you will find the blog about this issue.Good luckDr VSouth Shore Plastic Surgery
A vertical breast lift with a small implant will give you fuller breasts higher up on your chest wall for a "perky" look.
I think your dreams may still come true. From what I can see in your photos, you appear to be a good candidate for breast augmentation and probably a lift. Make an appointment today with a plastic surgeon to get an in person opinion. Good luck with your dreams.
Congratulations on your weight loss. Your best bet is to seek consultation with well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons to discuss your concerns and goals. Much of what will be recommended to you will be based on your physical examination currently and what you are trying to achieve. For example, many patients who have had significant weight loss, will find that their breasts “droop” (breast ptosis) to some degree; these patients oftentimes benefit from breast lifting surgery. On the other hand, you may have lost some breast tissue mass/volume; in this case, the use of a breast implant may help achieve your goals. Sometimes, the combination breast augmentation/lifting surgery is necessary to achieve your goals.Again, make sure that you select your plastic surgeon carefully. Communicate your goals carefully as well. You may find the attached link, dedicated to breast surgery concerns after weight loss, helpful to you as you learn more. Best wishes.
Deflation of the breasts after weight loss is not unusual. Your condition can be improved with a breast lift and breast augmentation.

Congratulations on your weight loss. It is not uncommon for women to develop ptosis of their breast (drooping) with pregnancy and or extensive weight loss. You appear to be a great candidate for a breast lift with or with out breast implants. If you just want your breasts lifted then a mastopexy will give you a great result. If you would like a little larger breast then a breast lift with implants (textures silicone gel) will give you an excellent result with larger perky breasts. If your lose abdominal skin bothers you you would also be a great candidate for liposuction and a tummy tuck. Together this is called a Mommy make over.
Yes, it is possible to have perky breast again. You may be a good candidate for a further breast lift with or without breast implants. Seek out a board certified plastic surgeon in your area who has extensive breast lift and augmentation experience.
Far more important than the technique is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. Choose your surgeon rather than the technique and let them explain why one technique may be better than another. See the below link on some suggestions on finding the most qualified Plastic Surgeon for y...

First, congratulations on the birth. Considering breast reduction one should wait at least 6-12 weeks after cessation of breast feeding. I would also strongly advise that a return to a pre pregnancy weight or even close might ensure a more stable and long lasting outcome. Being anxious to do the...
