No, I don't recommend TENS for crow's feet, it won't give you the improvement you're looking for. I do recommend a combination of Botox with lasers and microneedling/prp to get the best results. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Thank you for sharing your concerns. One days after Botox treatment should be safe for use with the TENS unit. Speak with your treating doctor first.Good luck,
I would advise you to wait at least for a week for your injection to settle. Talk to your provider and physician before you use Tens. Good luck!

why ? Botox will relax muscle function. TENS stimulates the muscles directly. Why would you Or your physician want that?
In my opinion it makes no sense to do TENS after Botox. You paid good money to relax the muscles with Botox - TENS is just going to stimulate muscles which have already been de-stimulated. In addition, you may reduce the longevity of the effect of the Botox. If you want to reduce muscle firing with Botox, do that - if you want to increase muscle firing then go with TENS, but either way, decide on the effect you are aiming for and then go there.
After your botox, your TENS device will have no effect in the botox treated area-those muscles will not fire. Doesn't make any sense to use it.
I wouldn't use the TENS unit for a few days after Botox. I don't know what the reason for using the unit it. It will not affect the duration of the Botox.
First of all you don't say when you had Botox; however, TENS is to stimulate the muscles and Botox to paralyze them. They have opposite effects so I don't know what you are after
What is the purpose of using Tens? You are using Botox to paralyze the muscles that creat wrinkles. Why would you want to stimulate those same muscles?
I suggest if you are unhappy with the botox, consider fillers, lasers, ultherapy and PDO threads to give you more lifting to this area. Botox will wear off in 3-4 months. Best, Dr. Emer.
You must be very sensitive to Botox as 6 units is a small amount. May be you should try Dysport next time. The Botox may last 6 to 12 weeks. See your injector for follow up. Best wishes, Dr. ALDO
I commonly see patients from the UK. They have gotten service in London. They pay substantially less for service there but it is not very good. Consequently they fly 10 hours to Los Angeles and see my for corrective treatment. That made their original service very expensive indeed. If you ...
If you have previously had 4 anaphylactic reactions, then you know that this does not in anyway sound like an anaphylactic reaction. However, it definitely sounds like some sort of reaction. Although it occurred in time associated with your botox treatment, it may nor may not be related to t...
Yes, you can take Tramadol before your lip injections. There are no documented negative interactions. Facial fillers are used for lip augmentations. These fillers (Volbella, Juvederm and Restylane) are good for creating a symmetrical and full lip. I recommend seeing an expert in lip ...
This will wear off. Please be patient. It feels far worse than it appears. Don't get botox around the mouth again. It is just never a good idea.
