Applied Rogaine to face and developed acne, what can I use to clear it up?

Hello all. I applied rogaine to my beard area in attempt to fill in/thicken my facial hair and now I have broken out with acne in my chin/cheek area. I stopped use immediately, but it has not cleared up. What can I apply to help, thx!

Women’s 5% Rogaine and Men’s 5% Rogaine are both 5 % minoxidil. They are identical. There is both marketing and legislative pressures that have facilitated both products being created. But they are the same.
