average half life of topical Rogaine is 22 hours.  So it should be out of your system shortly
thereafter.  Keep in mind once completely
out of your system you will resume with losing hair. Perhaps try a different brand of Rogaine, maybe you are allergic to an additive in the particular brand use are using.

Hives are a rare but possible side effect of Rogaine. Rogaine contains Minoxidil, an active ingredient which can trigger unwanted secondary effects such as this one. To remove Rogaine from your system, Rogaine has a half life of 22 hours, if it is topically applied. If taken orally it only takes several hours.
