Yes, there should be no issue with this. Using Botox in combination with Radiesse and/or other fillers is quite common and can be done during the same visit with no problem. Botox is not generally placed in the cheeks, however; as this could impact the smile muscles of the face and we certainly want to be able to smile fully. In the crows feet area, Botox is often placed laterally or a little below the eye, but always above the cheek bone.
There should be no problem injecting Radiesse and Botox within one week of each other or even in the same visit.I hope this answer is helpful! Best of luck.
There should be no problem receiving these two treatments in close proximity time wise. Two of the main treatments that come to mind to me that you would not want on the same day would be a botulinum toxin and sculptra. This is mainly because self massage of treated areas is required after sculptra, and you would not want to accidentally massage an area treated with botulinum toxin due to the risk of product migration. This should not be an issue with radiesse as no massage is required post treatment.
Thanks for your question. This shouldn't be a problem. I routinely will use Radiesse and Botox in the same injection session. Please feel free to look at the result we achieved for a patient of mine. Good luck!
It could depend on exactly where they are injected. I often inject both at the same time. It is up to the injecting physician.
For the area stated, a neurotoxin is typically injected to minimize crows feet. Radiesse is typically injected along the zygomatic arch. Although both areas are typically on the same region, they are far enough that neurotoxin and Radiesse may be injected during the same treatment session.
In properly selected patients, Radiesse works nicely for the jawline to create definition and a nice contour. The amount of syringes needed really depends on the patient and the results desired. The quantity injected will vary greatly, depending on the patient’s age and severity of the problem. ...
Thank you for your question. Radiesse is not a good filler for the fine lines around the mouth. Hyaluronic acid fillers such as Restylane or Juvederm are better for this area. Also, hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved if you are unhappy with the results, whereas Radiesse cannot. I ...
Radiesse is deep in the skin or on bone and will not be affected by tanning in any way. Good luck! Dr. Emer.
