Hello, and thank you for this question. I do not believe tanning will negatively affect your results. As stated with some of the other surgeons I do believe there are other negative factors for tanning and I would recommend you avoid and consider self tanning creams.
I never support tanning. It will cause cancers and collagen loss. It won't affect your results from Radiesse though, the collagen loss is gradual over your lifetime.
Radiesse will adversey affect Radiesse just as it will the rest of your skin. if you are referrring to a tanning bed the correct number of times to get in it is 0. if you are referring to outside be sure you use a sunscreen with an A and B block and SPF 15 at least

It is best to do a chin implant after you get radiesse. You also need to let your surgeon know where you had your radiesse put so that it does not interfere with the implant.
