Is it safe to get a chin implant after radiesse?

It is best to do a chin implant after you get radiesse. You also need to let your surgeon know where you had your radiesse put so that it does not interfere with the implant.

While it is perfectly safe to have a chin implant after Radiesse, the presence of the Radiesse may make it more difficult to determine what style and size of implant to use.  If your surgeon evaluated you before the Radiesse was placed, this should not be an issue.

It is perfectly fine to get a chin implant after filler. Radiesse is a longer acting filler, and when in the chin can give you a good idea of how your implant will look.

Having Radiesse or Sculptra is not a contraindication to having a chin implant. Of course, it is always best to put an implant into an area in which there is no filler for several reasons. You should discuss this with your surgeon.

Yes, it will be fine to have the chin implant even though you have Radiesse left in the area.  I have done that many times in my years of experience.  A patient will want to try the temporary filler to be sure they like it.  Once they realize they like it, the opt for the permanent implant.
