As you can see, my chin is not very pronounced, my neck is very fatty, i have no jawline. I was told fillers could be an option and that's all very well but I'm looking. Into more long term solutions. Can anybody advise? Thank you

Answer: Neck and chin surgery Thank you for your question and photos. In my opinion, I believe you would best benefit from some liposuction of the neck in conjunction with a chin implant to provide better proportion to your profile. These two procedures require a small incision below your chin and can be done under local anesthesia. These two procedures are a great duo in that they both give proportion and definition to your profile. Make sure you have a consultation with a board certified PS to be fully evaluated.

Answer: Chin and neck After assessing your photos, i would advise to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. My recommendation would be: submental liposuction (fat removal using liposuction for the neck area) and chin surgery.Chin surgery, aka genioplasty or mentoplasty are procedures done to give people more appealing chins and a stronger profile. There are two different types of chin surgery; however, implantation (mentoplasty) is the most common and sought after procedure. Chin implants can be removed if need be and are made of synthetic materials that are not only completely safe, but they also feel like a real chin when touched. On the other hand, genioplasty is a chin augmentation surgery that does not use an implant. Instead, this procedure involves moving your bone forward to increase the projection of your chin.
