Im 3 months post genioplasty which was performed during jaw surgery. Although it was only 2,5-3 mm my chin looks bad (I never had a problem w my chin doctor convinced me we shall do it). Now it looks masculine, sticks out, doesn't match my face and worst - I have terrible mental is strain when speaking and eating :( pls help, what to do? full reversal? shaving bone? intra oral? what approach will be best? shall I go w my oral surgeon or someone else?

You would have to provide current pictures from different angles to best answer your question. But I doubt that a maxillary impaction and a chin procedure alone would produce a square jaw look. This excludes the back part of the jaw which often is the key element in making a square jaw look.
