You are very attractive and not appropriate for a facelift. All of us have different facial lines and degrees of deepening of their nasolabial folds (lines from the nose to the corner of the mouth) and marionette lines (lines from the corner of the mouth to the jowl). Sometimes they are a little deeper even at an early age. The nice thing about that is the rest of the facial soft tissue usually is firm and youthful. If you are concerned with the appearance of your lower face you can consider using some of the hyalouronic acid fillers (like Restylane or Juvederm Ultra) in the marionette line areas. Alternatively you can consider using fillers in the cheeks to give a little more volume and "pull up" the marionette lines and lower face. Either technique or a combination of the two can be done to give a very natural appearance and are performed in the office. Judging from your pictures it looks like this may be the best treatment but you should have an in person consultation and exam with a board-certified plastic surgeon to give you the best and most accurate opinion. You really are not aging poorly and are being a little hard on yourself. 

My strong suggestion is to forget about a facelift, and leave the office if anyone suggests a facelift to you!  You are too young for that at this point.  The most important thing is to use good sun protection every day, not just in the summertime.  Non-invasive treatments are reasonable for you, and these range from using a good cosmeceutical or dermatology-grade line of skin products to IPL or (at the most) Fraxel.  It's even a stretch to consider You have a youthful face and do not have the jowls that are common in older people.  A filler might be an option for the lower facial area only if it -really- bothers you.

You are too young to have anything surgical that would be beneficial too you.  You definitely do not need a facelift yet.  Botox is a good option.  PRP injections is a procedure that involves withdrawing a patient's blood, processing it to isolate the the platelet-rich plasma, then re-injecting it to erase wrinkles and create a more youthful look.  Please make sure you find a reputable and qualified plastic surgeon who can assess you properly to give you a realistic idea of what outcome you can achieve.  All The Best

Second, there are a variety of non-surgical treatments available for those that are looking for a subtle anti-aging or preventative treatment. Some of the treatments include non-surgical skin tightening such as Ulthera and ThermiRF which stimulate collagen as well as injectable fillers such as Juvederm and Restylane which can help lift, contour and improve volume loss. Your first picture looks very young!  In the later pictures, you appear to have more makeup and that could be making you look a bit older.  The signs of age are fairly consistent with most people such as thinning of the face and separation of the fatty compartments of the face, hollowing of the eyes.  You appear to have youthful cheeks and no jowling.  Continue with great skin care and sunscreen.  Ongoing collagen building is great prevention too, via lasers like a Sciton type, hybrid fractional type.  In person would be better to evaluate you for fat transfer to upper orbits as one of the only suggestions I would make.

To be quite honest, you look your age which is all we can ask for.  From what I can see, if you would like to do anything to give yourself a lift, and I don't mean facelift, I would suggest laser skin rejuvenation which could give your skin a fresher appearance.  You may also want to consider a bit of filler in your cheeks to give your face a little more definition.  A consultation with a doctor who specializes in both treatments would be best to guide you.  Hope this helps.Dr. Philip Solomon

In my opinion, you would not be a good candidate for any surgical procedures at this time.  Fillers could provide some benefit as could a radio frequency treatment, such as Fractora.  This procedure can produce some tightening of the skin.  

Embrace your natural beauty.   Do not let anyone talk you into a facelift or any other surgery for that matter.  Get a facial or other noninvasive skin treatment.   Anything else is malpractice.  You are beautiful.   Seriously.
