I feel like I look older than I am. What can I do? (Photo)

I don't know what it is about my face that ages me. I'm 26 with the face of a 35 yr old! Maybe it's an unrealistic desire to have the face of a 19-22 yr old, but whatever suggestions you can give would be awesome. I do already get Botox between my brows (for headaches, never had lines there). I think my problem is my jowls. Do I already need a facelift?

Yes it looks bad.  However, these things can develop in healing from a face lift.  You surgeon wil have maneuvers to help this settle down.  I recommend you see your surgeon and get their input.  Please consider reposting and letting us know how you did.
