Can I have butt implant removal and BBL on the same day?

I had buttock implants done 4 years ago and I would like to have them removed and do BBL on the same day. Please let me know if this can be done and best doctor to do this. Want it done right away thank you

I appreciate your questions! Depending on where the buttock implants are positioned, you can get an implant removal procedure and Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) done in one single procedure. If the buttock implant is in the muscle, patients can get both procedures done on the same day. On the contrary, if the implant is located above the muscle, then it wouldn’t be suitable to perform both procedures at once. After removing the implant above the muscle, there would be a dead space and if you inject the fat there, it will be reabsorbed, and there would be a high risk of infection. Yes, it is possible! In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l suggest you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.
