Should I get Sculptra or BBL?

The best way to achieve a celebrity-like butt and hips is a Brazilian Butt Lift. A Brazilian Butt Lift is a procedure where excess fat is liposuctioned from different parts of the body and moved to the buttocks. This reshapes and adds volume to the butt while keeping a natural look. Final results are permanent and generally seen about 6 months after the procedure.

The best and most permanent method for getting great BBL results is through fat transfer.  That said, if you are someone who wants to avoid surgery and can be happy with more subtle results, Sculptra is a great non-invasive alternative procedure with no downtime that can add volume and shape to your buttocks. Sculptra is not the silicone "butt shots" you mentioned - silicone shots are not safe and should be avoided. Sculptra is made from poly-L-lactic acid which stimulates your body to make more collagen in the areas it is injected into, a process which over time will plump up and add volume creating a bigger, more shapely bottom.  While results are not immediate, they can last a few years and injections can be added as needed to get the fullness and shape you want.   As always, seek out a skilled board certified plastic surgeon, with experience using Sculptra so that your goals and expectations of the procedure can be met.   

Sculptra can be used to improve the butt. Keep in mind, these areas need numerous vials of Sculptra over time to build volume, and in some instances the results are subtle and will need to be combined with fat or implants to achieve desired results.
