I've noticed a crease on both breasts and a deformity when I flex. I'm embarrassed to let my husband see me after I spent so much on this procedure. I used to be a B cup and I had 375cc silicone implants. My surgeon recommended 350cc or 375cc. I opted for 375 and I'm afraid that was my mistake. I did not go larger than what he said I could go. I have an appt to see him but I want to know what would be the best approach to correct this? I will include before and after pictures. Thank you again!
Answer: Breast deformed It appears your implants are too low. This can certainly be improved if not fully repaired. I like to use Galaflex in cases like yours to help maintain the correction. Good luck. Sorry this happened to you.

Answer: Double bubble and flexion deformity Hi and thanks for your question. I'm sorry that you're in this situation. Double bubble and flexion deformity can be related but are two separate problems requiring two separate fixes. The flexion deformity is because either the muscle wasn't released enough or because your muscle just moves a lot when it flexes. Either way moving it over the muscle is the only way to get rid of it completely. The double bubble is because your original breast crease was released and it was lowered to make enough room for the implants chosen. The problem is that if you don't release the breast tissue enough along with the fold, the original crease will remain as an indent and will be visible. In addition, if nothing was done to support the new breast crease, the likelihood of the implants dropping more is high. What I would recommend is a revision incorporating movement of the implants over the muscle, downsizing your implants, converting to a gummy-style textured implants and reconstructing your original breast fold. Best of luck!
