V.’s Secret usually sizes generously imo I’m 5’1 and was somewhere between 95-99lbs when I got my Breast Augmentation In February 2019. I have Allergan Natrelle INSPIRA SRF implants with 385cc’s I started with little tissue. Even in my pre-op picture I had gaps in my bathing suits and bras in size 32A from Victoria’s Secret. Now I comfortably wear a 32DD in their bras. I would say I’m probably a tight fitting C or little snug D in other brands. I’m happy with the results and the process hurt but wasn’t impossible to withstand discomfort. (I stopped pain meds after a few days to a week so I could drive safely.) Dr. Baker was right I needed silicone smooth round full projection implants. I had the option of extra full Projection but didn’t want to push my limits too much. I wanted to have breasts. They didn’t need to be huge and they turned out to be just big enough for me. I have scars but I really don’t mind. I hide the scars easily and never had any complaints. I noticed a little rippling in the cleavage after healing but it’s not so much that I regret the surgery. Still Pretty happy. If you can afford the surgery, don’t mind anesthesia, minor incision scars, and can take meds with rest. This surgery may be an option to consider. Updated on 30 Jul 2020: This is a pic of my breasts after dropping and fluffing & healing. Over a year post-op in a push-up bra. This is an occasional bra. I actually have breasts now. I’m glad I had the surgery. 32A to 32DD Updated on 8 Jan 2023: This pic is 4 years after my procedure. After gaining a little weight the rippling has decreased in a major way. I was worried about the edges puckering since I had little fat in the beginning. I am happy with them. I’ve had no problems with my implants thus far. Very worth it I.m.o. 32A to 32DD (Victoria’s Secret)
Amazing Dr. he definitely knows what he is doing. Trust in him as this is his profession. I did...and I was not disappointed. His professionalism and bedside manners are top notch! Was able to achieve EXACTLY what I dreamed of. Ended up with 420cc over filled to 450, Mentor HP saline implants. Pre op I was an A cup, post op D, DD
I had my augmentation on 5/2/19. During my 2 week follow up, it was discovered that I had developed a hematoma and required a second surgery to correct the issue. Dr. Baker and staff were amazing. They took great care of me throughout both procedures!
Staff is very friendly. Dr. Baker was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns I had ans I couldn't be any happier with my results!! 115 pounds and 5'4 and we decided on 485cc high profile silicone and I'm currently a 32D/DD.
Well first of all always do your research check for reviews my experience was awesome Dr Baker and the whole staff treated me with the upmost respect very professional and consern about your wants and needs Definitely would Recommend them to any one looking to improve or fix something to make them feel better very happy with the outcome thanks to Dr Baker and his team for a job well done
I had breast cancer and a mastectomy in 2007. I had breast reconstruction in 2008 (implant). Immediately I was disappointed. My left “breast” looked like a tight balloon under my skin, and it setting high on my chest. As time passed, my breast became hard and painful. I had to wear heavily padded bras and loose tops to hide my lopsided chest. Swimsuits were extremely hard to find, and I felt so self conscious. In 2018, I started researching procedures to revise the reconstructed breast. I also carefully considered the best doctor for my situation. I had heard about Doctor Baker’s excellent work from friends and other doctors. I knew he was a breast specialist and that he had extensive training in breast reconstruction. So, I called for a consultation and booked an appointment; I was amazed that I had an appointment in less than two weeks. When I arrived for my appointment, I was treated very well; the office staff and the nurses were friendly, caring, and enthusiastic. Doctor Baker was also very cordial and kind. I could tell that he was very meticulous in his work by the way he took so many measurements of my left and right breasts. He showed understanding of my situation, and he was professional and kind. After the examination, Dr. Baker sat down and explained my options, the risks, and the projected outcomes of each. Then he told me to think about everything and to call the office after I decided what I wanted to do. I already knew which option I wanted; I wanted the Latissimus Dorsi flap with implant. I went home and researched the risks. I have never let fear keep me from doing anything, so I called the office and set up an appointment to discuss the procedure. After that appointment, I scheduled my surgery. The surgery took about 7-8 hours because of all the scar tissue that had grown around the old implant. My latissimus dorsi was taken from my back to create a natural looking breast, and a tissue expander was inserted to replace the old implant. Dr. Baker came to see me each day that I was in the hospital; on the day of the surgery, he came two times. His nurse also came by. I was in the hospital about four days. I was kept comfortable, and my pain level was manageable. After I went home, Dr. Baker saw me in his office two times a week for several weeks. Then he saw once a week for a couple of months as they began filling the tissue expander. In addition, I felt could call the office or the on call nurse at any time night or day. Finally, in January of 2019, I had my surgery to remove the tissue expander and have my new implant inserted. For symmetry, Dr. Baker did a breast lift on my right breast and put in an implant. This was done on an out patient basis. Dr. Baker and his staff took excellent care of me, and they were only a phone call away. Now, my breasts are symmetrical. I am no longer self conscious about my appearance. I can wear bras without any padding; I can go into a store, buy a bra my size (36 DDD) and not even try it on. I can wear fitted T shirts and blouses. I can easily find swimsuits, and my breasts even slightly bounce when I walk fast! Everyday, I thank God for Dr. Baker, the gifted, compassionate surgeon who restored my breasts, self esteem, and quality of life!
There have been no complications after my procedure and I am super pleased with the results. I felt comfortable each time I went to the doctors office for a check up. It has been a wonderful experience and I would do it all over again!
I have had 2 breast augmentations done by Dr. Baker. One in 2009 and my last one in 2018. It was getting close to time to have my saline implants replaced and I wanted to go bigger anyways. I am 100% satisfied with my results both times!
I was a little nervous about the breast augmentation procedure but knew it was something I wanted to do. Dr. Baker was very encouraging and uplifting throughout the entire process and I am more than pleased with the results.
I love Dr. Baker and his staff. Everyone was polite and always answered all my (sometimes ridiculous) questions. They offer a three day package where you have your consultation the first day, surgery the next day, and a post op the last day. You have the option to come back two weeks later and have your stiches clipped or have a physician in your area speak with them on the phone and remove them that way which is what I did. I think it's great for patients who don't live near his office. I was skeptical about meeting my surgeon just the day before surgery but I did a lot of research and was confident in him upon meeting him. At my try on I was so nervous to chose the amount of CC's and I went back and forth for a while, but the assistant was very helpful and kind. I ultimately chose a 365cc smooth round high profile silicone implant. Upon seeing them after surgery for the first time, I can't say I was overjoyed. They looked kind of flat, not very much bigger than my natural breasts, very pointy. I was kind of disappointed. But I was assured they would look much different within the next few months, which was true. I love the way they look now. I get a lot of compliments from my girl friends that have seen them. Several of them plan to see Dr. Baker instead of a surgeon they'd planned to see upon seeing my results. I am so glad Dr. Baker was recommended to me and I am so happy with my overall results. I would encourage anyone to look into his office.
Based on these photos, you are a good candidate for for breast augmentation with implants. You do not need a lift. You need to consult with one or more board-certified plastic surgeons experienced in breast enhancement procedures. Once you see your final result, I predict you will be extremely pleased!
Based on these photos and your history, you would be an excellent candidate for abdominoplasty with liposuction of your flanks and back. One of the great benefits of tummy tuck over abdominal liposuction is the repair of your stomach muscles with tummy tuck to aid in the achievement of an optimally flat abdomen after one or more pregnancies. You certainly need to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon, preferably a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), and one who is experienced in body contouring procedures including tummy tuck and liposuction. Best wishes to you!
I think anything 250 cc or less will look natural on your petite frame. Looking at your photos, you are an excellent candidate for sizing with the external sizer system. Due to your thin tissues, I would strongly recommend silicone gel over saline breast implants to avoid rippling issues. I would especially recommend one of the more cohesive gel implants, variations of which are offered by all 3 implant companies in the U.S. Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon, preferably who is also a member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, for your consultation and surgery. Best wishes to you!
Looking at your photos, you do not need a lift and breast implant augmentation alone will give you an optimally perky and beautifully shaped breast. Without an in-person consultation and examination along with trying on external sizers, I cannot say if the 400 cc implant size would be best for you.
Based on these photos alone, you could definitely benefit from a revision, the details and extent of which would require an examination to determine. I would definitely recommend lowering the transverse scar, revising the previous belly-button scar and correcting the "pooch" as indicated by examination. I generally recommend waiting one year after the tummy tuck so that the tissues are optimally soft for revision, especially when needing to lower the transverse scar.If you have confidence in your plastic surgeon, by all means, let that surgeon perform your revision. If such confidence is lacking on your part, by all means have a consultation with another board-certified plastic surgeon who is experienced in abdominoplasty. Best wishes to you.
