I have done my hair transplant 12 day has completed. My scrab or blood clothing was not easily removed. So i start to touch it by cotton and i slightly remove it by cotton. but when slightly remove clothing i see neww hair grafts fall out with blood clogth. Now its look this i upload picture. Kaindly tell me its noramal or not.

If you are concerned please follow up with your doctor for an exam.
You will have hair loss after surgery. You may have graft loss after surgery. Not all the grafts will take.

After two weeks of the procedure, noticing hair loss on new hairs is usual as your new hairs are changing the phase, which we call it the dormant phase.
It may be very normal, but it is not so easy to comment further by looking at the current photo you uploaded as it is dark and not a close shot.
I recommend you to contact your clinic.

It is not possible to tell anything from your image. In a situation such as this you need to be talking directly with the Doctor and Clinic that performed your hair transplant. The first few days the graft can be easily removed if caught on a foreign object. Care needs to be taken not to damage the grafted area. So, speak with your Doctor without delay.

You could start washing your scalp from the 4th day of your hair transplant, with a mild / baby shampoo and use your palm on an anti-clock wise to wash your scalp with scabs and they would fall off eventually, do not try to pull them out with any foreign object (including cotton or gauze etc.). from the images obviously it is not clear whether you’ve lost some grafts or not, if any graft has been plucked out then it should bleed, if it doesn’t bleed there isn’t much to worry however still consider meeting your hair transplant plastic surgeon in person to discuss about it or May be consider a video call during this time of lockdown.

Othe pic provided by you looks alright. However, it is impossible to comment about the grafts you have lost. If it was just naked hair, then it's unlikely be any kind of loss. If however there was white tissue along with hair, then probably you lost some grafts.

Either the crusting is washed off immediately on the first day after the surgery, or if you let them form, they should be removed only with shampoo and gently rubbing with your finger tips after 14 days when the grafts are secure

You should really follow your doctor's instructions regarding washing and aftercare. However, 12 days after surgery, the grafts are usually fixed in place and normal washing should be resumed by then. It is normal to see scabs and hair shafts shedding off. Always refer to the instructions you were given.
