I always had incomplete eyebrows especially on both sides. I had them done with Dr. Taleb Barghouthi at Vertex Hair clinic. I am extremely pleased with my results one year later. I need to trim them every week or so but this has been explained to me before hand. I was really worried about having a cosmetic procedure done in my face especially with all the stories I hear about the eyebrows looking all over the place. I highly recommend this clinic for all your hair related needs. The Doc is extremely professional and kind and the staff is second to none. My partner had a transplant with them too for his scalp and his results are starting to come on nicely.
I've been suffering with MPB hairloss for few years. It doesn sound like a minor problem to some people but to me (and to many more I'm sure) it is a real annoying problem. I am extremely delighted that I came across Dr. Taleb Barghouthi and his superb clinic (Vertex Hair Clinic). A real world class experience from bookings, to staff, to the actual procedure day (and food!) Ofcourse nothing counts more than my excellent result. Thank you all for doing what you do best.
I am now 8 months after my procedure and I can't be happier. I felt at ease from the moment I had my consultation and all through the procedure day and the aftercare. Everything is well taken care of and the doctor is involved in every step of the procedure. I was the only person that day and my understanding is that they perform once procedure per day only, which put me at ease. Dr. Taleb is a very pleasant and knowledgeable surgeon and his staff are really amazing.
It is hard to tell from the photos if actual SMP was done or conventional tattoo. The dots seem quite bigger than the typical SMP dot. If the depth and type of ink used is correct, the a Q switch laser should fade this or even remove it nicely.
I highly doubt that this caused any damage on day 13. You should refer back to your surgeon to discuss any concerns regarding growth. It is not uncommon for people to require multiple procedures to achieve the desired outcome. This ofcourse depends on the degree of hairloss among many other factors.
Yes you can remain on Finasteride your entire life. There is increasing evidence that supports its safety profile. It also has a protective role against Prostate cancer.
Female hairloss is more complex than Male pattern hair loss. Around 40 % of female hairloss is related to genetics or what is known as Androgenetic Alopecia. Other causes can be responsible such as Mineral and Vitamin deficiencies etc. You should get the problem properly diagnosed before jumping into DHT blockers. DHT blockers aren't FDA approved for female Androgenetic Alopecia, although there are some studies and off label use in post menopausal women with reasonably good effect. Consult your doctor.
Considering the symptoms you mentioned, it will be best to discuss with your doctor regarding the trial of finasteride. You need to investigate the causes for your symptoms.
