Face and neck lift would be a better procedure based upon the picture.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
Thanks for the question and photo. Unfortunately smart lipo only tightens the skin a small amount. If you get rid of the fat you will have even looser skin and it may look worse. I think you would benefit most from a neck lift. I suggest you meet with a board certified Plastic Surgeon to get an exam and review your options. Good luck!
Thank you for posting a photo. I recommendconsulting with your surgeon about Submental Smartlipo; this minimally invasiveprocedure will remove fat deposits while tightening the skin. A contour in yourjawline will give you a much younger appearance. Good luck!
If you only did liposuction of any kind it would make your skin look worse. You have to address all the things that are causing what you don't like which includes the skin laxity and possible underlying muscles. Please seek an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to come up with the best treatment plan. Good luck, Dean Vistnes.
I suggest you find your way to a REAL plastic surgeon and not someone who is going to tell you what you want to hear. Under normal circumstances that would require a heavy duty facelift. For someone who is 100 percent against this approach, and is willing to put up with a relatively small amount of improvement it might be considered.
Sculpting fat off your trouble spots will enhance muscle definition. Increasing your muscle tone with weight training will definitely improve your results. Weight loss will also boost your results.
The real issue is that you have leftover fat and are unhappy. The number of incisions and the length of the cannulas is irrelevant. Schedule a consultation with an experienced liposuction surgeon and get the remaining fat removed when you have completely healed.
Love handles is slang for bulging fat along the lower flanks. I usually mark out the areas that need work, confirm with the patient using a full length mirror, photograph the markings and we worry about the names later. Lack of results probably has more to do with over conservative technique...
You are very early in the healing process, I would continue compress, get massage or ultrasound treatments, and begin exercise and diet. If the ripples are still there in 3-6 months, you may need to consider an alternate procedure such as velashape (radiofrequency) to help the skin tighten...
Your spinal cord is encased in bone. Spinal cord injuries produce paralysis. The word you are looking for is "lower back". Discomfort in this area is common after liposuction in this area due to friction over the muscles as the procedure is being conducted. This will improve over time and muscle...
Bruising usually travels downward due to gravity. Blood in the fluids that are released by your body as it heals can make it's way to areas beneath the treated sites. Swelling will improve by laying down with a pillow under your buttocks frequently. Bruising will resolve spontaneously in a few...
