I am aproximately a month and a half post smart lipo on the arms, bra fat back and stomach. I feel great and go to the gym 4 times a week. What types of exercises can I do to improve the look of my arms and stomach? My arms are atill a little big and lumpy, and if I do a bunch of crunches and cardio every day will it improve my results that much more? Need advice on exercising please and will it help the overall look?
