Question

My stomach is worse than before the procedure. Is there any hope that the ripples will go away, is this normal? I'm still wearing my compression garment and binder. How can I get a smooth appearance, my stomach is really hard and my belly button looks abnormal, please advise.

you are very early in the healing process, I would continue compress, get massage or ultrasound treatments, and begin exercise and diet.  If the ripples are still there in 3-6 months, you may need to consider an alternate procedure such as velashape (radiofrequency) to help the skin tighten or an additional procedure for the skin to be removed and reshaped. concern. It will take time for you to fully heal, please be patient with your
results. You will notice a contour in your body; continue to wear your compression
garment as this will help with swelling in the area. Follow up with your
surgeon to make sure you are healing properly.
