I recently had a tummy tuck and implant exchange/breast revision. I was about 6 lbs over my "best" weight for my frame going into surgery and gained 4 more from eating too many comfort foods while healing. Bottom line is I need to lose 10 lbs to feel and look my best-will doing so hurt my surgical results? I know you are supposed to be close as possible to your goal weight before surgery. Thank you for any advice on this!
