Hi, I am 36 years old, 5'10, and currently I have a size 42N or 42O bra size. I am in the process of losing weight and know that I will have a lot of extra skin. I would like to know which procedure would be best for me, a breast reduction and lift, or just a breast reduction. I don't want to be any smaller than an H cup, and I'm wondering if I could get the desired looks with just a lift. I have lost complete volume with my breast as you can see
