if you want smaller breasts then you should have a breast reduction. Lifting of the breast is part of the breast reduction operation and is not a separate procedure. If you do not want your breasts smaller then you could have just a breast lift which would elevate and reshape your breasts, but make no smaller. Discuss that with your plastic surgeon and they will explain and show photos of how you might look post op. They can also help you decide lift or reduction. Good luck.

When a breast reduction is perform there is also a lift.  If you wanted a lift at the current size, it would be impossible without doing a reduction.  So you would need a reduction/lift.

The terms can be confusing, a breast reduction will give you smaller perkier breasts. The lify is part of the procedure. Good Luck! 

Whatever you want to call the procedure to improve your breast aesthetics, there will be a large component of lifting and a necessary partial breast tissue reduction during the procedure. A good plan would be to lose the weight you are planning to lose and seek out a reputable plastic surgeon with experience in breast reductions and breast lifts.Good luck!

You certainly have at least a lift in your future, but what else you may need can't be determined until your weight lose is complete.  Also, cup sizes are kind of nebulous.  What is an H cup?  That's not really a standard size.  After weight loss, you may require an implant to make up the difference, and that complicates things as well.   Focus on your health first and good luck with the weight loss.  Then see a board certified plastic surgeon to investigate your options.  Good luck!

Few issues are presented. First the understanding of terms. A breast reduction means removal of excess breast tissue and fat and skin with lifting of the N/A complexes in a geometric pattern. A Full Lift is only removal of excess skin in that same geometric pattern. You need a Reduction (lift included). Second issue is which type of lifting. The cm distance from your sternal notch to the nipple if greater than 40 cm I might consider an amputative reduction or Free Nipple/Areolar grafting. Only IN PERSON opinions are valid in your case... 

A breast reduction will always include a breast lift. The goal if this surgery is to make breasts more proportioned with the rest of the body, and higher and perkier. Some women report that even if little to no breast tissue is removed, that they feel lighter and more comfortable when their breasts have been repositioned into a higher, more youthful position.
