Had 2csections I'm 165lbs now and can't seem to lose this pooch without surgery I want a tummy tuck with lipo I want stomach fixed before summer. I have $2,000 cash now. Do surgeons offer a discount? I feel like there’s alot of c sections moms that are in the same situation and nowadays It’s like all they do is induce pregnancy early and then u end up having a csection. Idk why doctors won't allow u to go full term when baby is ready so u can have it natural and not completely scr
Answer: High definition tummy tuck From the pictures you provided, you would likely benefit from a high definition tummy tuck using high definition VASER liposuction. The tummy tuck procedure would comprehensively remove excess skin and fat in the abdominal region and resolve the pooch you mentioned. Depending on the condition of your abdominal muscles, the abdominal muscle would also be 'tightened' to create the appearance of a flatter stomach. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a tummy tuck specialist will help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACS Realself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee

Answer: C-section and pregnancy related changes C-sections do not have a significant impact on women’s abdomens in relationship to the pregnancy itself A full tummy tuck is most likely going to cost significantly more than $2000. Prices vary on geographic location and simply based on market supply and demand. $2000 is probably not enough to cover the facility fee in most urban areas. The standard of care in obstetrics is to do vaginal deliveries and not C-sections. There is always an indication for a C-section rather than vaginal delivery. Once a woman has had a C-section the second delivery is typically done with the C-section as well though vaginal deliveries after previous C-section can be performed if circumstances allow it. C-section rates are certainly higher in developed countries and that is a topic best brought up to the OB/GYN community. Nobody has to have cosmetic surgery and for those on a limited income it may not be appropriate. It’s a free world and each person is allowed to make their own decisions of what’s important to them including medical decisions and financial decisions. In general I do not advise people to look for discount cosmetic surgery though there are potential savings available by going to those with less experience, traveling to developing countries or some training programs have resident clinics with discounted pricing. The outcome of these procedures is permanent and irreversible. Cosmetic surgery should be done once and done correctly. Good luck, Mats Hagstrom MD
