Thanks for your question.  Yes, during any surgical procedure, some blood vessels will be cut.  The bleeding os prevented/controlled by either using a suture to tie off the vessel. or using an electrocautery to stop the bleeding.  Once the would heals, your body will re establish blood vessels through the scar.  Best Regards

Surgeons have to surgically open an area to access the breast pocket in order to remove the implant. This incision may need to be a little larger if the capsules are to be removed too. Surgeons have tools that are used during surgery to control bleeding and minimize blood loss. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Small blood vessels get cut during surgery but you should not worry about any major blood vessels getting cut during surgery if you have a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon do your operation.  This should be a minor concern to you.
