There are ways to reduced the areola if it is too large.  Because of your age, however, I would recommend waiting until you are sure that breast growth is complete.

The good news is that large areolas can usually be improved surgically. This means that you won't have to live with them that way forever if you don't like them. However, at 14, it's probably a little too soon to consider surgery. Your breasts may change a lot over the next few years. You may discover that they look fine later on. If not, there are options to improve your appearance.

Thank you for your excellent question!  I am sorry that you are worried about your breasts, but you are still quite young and have a lot of growing to do.  Though no one can predict what is going to happen with time to your areola, wait until your breasts have fully developed before considering doing anything to them.

Hello, it is difficult to determine or evaluate without any photographs. At 14 years of age your breast are most likely still growing. If you are concerned about the size or shape then I recommend scheduling a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in a couple years to discuss your options.

Of course it is not a good idea to include photos at your age and so we can't relly be sure what is going on. It may just be large areolae or it may be a form of tuberous breast deformity. In either case, if it is a problem for you then these things can be changed, but not at your age.
