I've been looking at getting my nose done but I'm unsure if it's possible to get the nose I would like I have a bum on the bridge and a dimple on the end and it sits more to one side I've added photos of what it's like now. I would like rid of the dimple the bump removed and it all made smaller including my nostrils.
Answer: Tip bifidity correction The "dimple" that you're describing appears to be what we call a bifid tip where the domes of each alar cartilage can be seen separately. Thin skin, a lack of subcutaneous fibro-fatty tissue there, and/or overdeveloped domes can all contribute to that appearance. It's usually quite fixable with a rhinoplasty. Likewise, the small hump can be removed and the overall size of the nose can be reduced. Modern techniques really allow a surgeon to customize the results according to the patient's wishes and anatomy. All the best,--DCPPearson Facial Plastic Surgery®

CONTACT NOW Answer: Dimple and bump The features you describe are things that should be fairly straightforward to correct with a rhinoplasty. It is difficult to be more specific without an in-depth consultation and I would urge you to see somebody who can use state of the art 3-D imaging to assess you, demonstrate and explain what changes are possible and even illustrate the changes with specialist software. You should only put yourself in the hands of an extremely experienced rhinoplasty specialist for this kind of procedure. It should, however, be relatively straightforward for someone who has significant experience in this area. Best of luck

Answer: Rhinoplasty Yes, it is possible to make your nose overall smaller and also correct the "dimpling" of the tip, which is caused by the shape of your nasal tip cartilages. A complete rhinoplasty with work on the tip, dorsum (bump) and nostrils will be a good procedure to achieve your goals. Best! Dr Miotto

Answer: Rhinoplasty tip dimple and hump This is a difficult "dimple" - it is visible because it is the space between your right and left tip cartilages. The cartilages look strong and are cup shaped and are curving outwards. This is why the space between them, where there is no cartilage and where the skin looks quite thin is noticeable. If you had the space filled it would make the tip look more bulbous. Flattening the cartilages and moving them to a more aesthetic position is difficult and requires an experienced surgeon. The bump on the bridge is very small. You would have to b careful that removing it does not make the nose look scooped particularly with a strong, well projected tip. Image manipulation would help show you what your nose would look like after bump removal.
