Partial liposuction to avoid tummy tuck - I love the smoothness of my tummy and don't want to mess with that. (photo)

I'm 53 years old and have never been pregnant. I've never had surgery and am very risk averse. I had a consultation and was told I would need lipo and a mini tummy tuck. I'm not seeking a perfectly flat tummy and would be happy to eliminate SOME tummy fat. Is it possible to lipo some, but not all of the fat and thus eliminate the risk or excess/slack skin? Would there still be a chance of bumpy skin afterwards?
