I am guessing that your plastic surgeon suggested a mini tummy tuck with the liposuction because even though you haven't had children, at your age, your skin may not tighten up as well as someone in their 20's. The abdominal skin is thinner than back or thigh skin so seeing some skin irregularities is more likely in this area. With a mini tummy tuck the skin is also tightened lessening this risk. If you still are unsure, nothing wrong with seeing another plastic surgeon for a second opinion.
