I've had 2 rhinoplasties in the past, would like to avoid another one. Recoveries were brutal for, I would like not to go through that again but my self-esteem has dropped even lower since I always get asked if I've had a nose job, I can't even ignore it. I believe I have a hanging columella, nostrils are asymmetrical and are evidently two holes on my face unlike other nose jobs I have seen that are gentle and subtle, you cant see the nostrils. I think there's retraction of the left nostril too.

Nasal piercing tends to be in the crease of the ala. Unless if somebody is looking to have the Ayla filled in, I don't think that the order of operations is important. Hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
Unfortunately, adding filler to the tip of your nose may result in a wider nasal tip appearance. Generally, when somebody has a bulbous nasal tip appearance, we recommend rhinoplasty surgery. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
That said, not everybody is a candidate for a non-surgical nose job procedure. Don't forget, adding volume to your nose will only lead to a larger nasal appearance. Please consider re asking a question with photographs and a description of what you would like to achieve. I hope this is helpful....
