it really wont matter most likely but It prob would be best to do the nasal ring, let the nose heal then do the filler so you dont introduce strange bacteria with the piercing into the filler. Best, Dr. Emer.
Hi beauty305_I would discuss with the surgeon you chose to provide the treatment. It depends on where the piercing is and where the filler is to be placed. You do not want to introduce bacteria into the filler as it can form a "biofilm" and a difficult problem. Hope this helps
I would recommend the nose piercing first and then the filler. The filler is best done after about 3months or so, giving time for things to settle and avoid infection issues.
