Rhinoplasty requires exceptional skill on behalf of the surgeon and great communication with the patient about realistic goals and expectations. Common cosmetic concerns include a dorsal hump, wide nose, sunken nose, irregularities, and asymmetries. Functional concerns include difficulty breathing through the nose, which can and should be addressed at the same time as your rhinoplasty. In your situation, I recommend a septo-plasty to better align your cartilage.Find someone you connect with, who will listen to your concerns and provide you with a framework for what is possible.Gary Linkov, MD Rhinoplasty Specialist Manhattan
If the cause of the asymmetry is related to your nasal septum it is possible that surgery could provide some correction. There are a number of ways to try to improve nasal symmetry but none are 100 percent. In any surgeons hands and regardless of the procedure you never know if you will get partial improvement or none at all. Complete improvement would be difficult to achieve.
HiIt is difficult to see the whole nose in the photos you have shown but the cause of your asymmetry is almost certainly a septal deviation. If this is the case fillers are going to do very little and you would be best suited to a septoplasty +/- a rhinoplasty.RegardsDamien
