I would talk to your surgeon. It is possible you always had this asymmetry and it was just never noticed before; your surgeon should have your preop photos so you can look at this. Also they would be able to tell you what/if anything was done to either worsen or create this appearance. I doubt this is related to swelling. Again, I would check w your surgeon.

If you have excessive nostril show on front view when you look in the mirror, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe considered for nostril lowering and permanently improving nostril symmetry. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

It is a very challenging situation to correct the asymmetry of the nostrils. In your case the left one is more round than the right one. If the roundness can be decreased then both might match to some degree. However, there is no perfect solution. Once you have your nostrils operated on you can never get the original nostrils back.

Your nose appears asymmetrical. You will need a revision to correct the asymmetry.
