Hi Habu! I am assuming you have not had nasal surgery yet just based on your photos and your question. Everyone has one nostril that is higher on their face than the other (go look at photos of people you know or celebrities); this is because all of our faces are asymmetric, so how the nose and nostrils attach cannot be changed. You see how if you look at the bottom of the nose, the right side (assuming you didn't flip the photos) attaches higher? This is not something that can be changed. What CAN be changed is how much nostril show you have, which I think is what you are trying to demonstrate with you pushing your finger down. This would involve putting small grafts along the rim in that area to push it down. However, I would say overall the differences between sides is extremely minute, and I don't know if I would recommend surgery for something as subtle as this, as you will never be able to get 100% symmetry, no matter who you go to. Good luck!
Based on your narrative, it seems as though you wish to have your right nostril margin lowered a bit. If that is the case, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for improving nostril margin symmetry on front view. I must admit your photos are difficult to interpret. I hope this is helpful! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
The best thing to do is to narrow the nostrils with an alar wedge resection. You are an excellent candidate for it and I think would improve the appearance of your nose
Hi. Yes, it is possible for rhinoplasty to define the supra alar crease. However, it is difficult to make a proper recommendation based on photographs. A personal evaluation of your nasal profile, including the thickness of your skin, is necessary to determine the aesthetic results that can be...
Hi ovorsmakefa! I'm so sorry this is happening to you. I highly doubt that the hump removal alone did this but it is possible that depending on how they fractured your bones, this could have happened. I would definitely consult with your first surgeon to see what they think is going on and if...
After Tip-plasty the scar tissue can feel hard. It is difficult to tell initially as the edema can hide a cartilaginous bossa. It can take up to a year for all the swelling to resolve before you see a cartilage poking. If you feel a bump but don't see it then leave it alone. Regards Dr. Janjua
