Strattice is a sheet of collagen used to help reinforce and support soft tissues while preventing capsular contracture from occurring. We have used Strattice in thousands of patients and there have been no issues from wearing a push up bra after being recovered from surgery. However, every surgeon has a different recommendation on which bras are to be used after breast surgery. It is best to ask your surgeon and follow his or her instructions on which style bras are appropriate for your case.

Hello, thank you for your question. Usually need a supportive bra after surgery especially with a lift. I would speak to your plastic surgeon about what is safe to use to the surgical site since, they know best pending what they did or needed.

If you have implants, then do not wear a push up bra except of rare occasions and only for a short time. Push up bras tend to thin your tissue when you have implants.
