Will fixing an over rotated nose impact my columella? Wanting to keep a natural result.

One of the issues I have with my nose is that it is slightly over rotated. I have a normal columnella at the moment. Will fixing the rotation impact my columnella. I do not wish to have a hanging columnnella. How do (specfic techniques) surgeons fix over-rotation while giving a natural result
