Hello! Thank you for your question.From the photos you provided I can say that your nostrils are wide and your tip is droopy (even when you don't smile). It would be good if you can provide a face photo from side as well (for a better evaluation).Anyway, to get rid of the droopy tip and wide nostrils, I definitely recommend you a rhinoplasty surgery to get a more defined and more elegant nose.

Drooping nasal tip in flaring nostrils: A drooping nasal tip is one of the most common issues addressed during a standard rhinoplasty. The rhinoplasty may involve other issues but if there are no other issues it could address just that. Wide-based nostrils are addressed with an alar plasty also known as a nostril tuck.

An Alar-plasty addresses narrowing wide nostrils by removal of a small wedge of skin at the base of the nostrils themselves. That reduces them statically. Releasing the ligaments underneaththe ala can reduce the dynamic flaring by about 40 to 50%.
