I have noticed my nose has widen over the past 3 years at the bottom. The wings seem wide and the bottom part of my nose seems in a way fatty. What type of rhinoplasty can I do to fix this issue?

Answer: Type of Rhinoplasty Dear dmmc2801, Thank you for providing your pictures for better recommendation. As per your photos I recommend these 2 types of rhinoplasty techniques, Tip plasty and alar plasty which can help you address the situation. Before going forward make sure to do thorough research into surgeons who perform closed rhinoplasty. Best Regards, TAS TEAM

Answer: Rhinoplasty and alar base reduction Thank you for your question and sharing your photograph. Since the nasal tip is moderately wide, if you proceed with and alar base reduction alone it is likely to make the tip appear wider. Vision seems to function with a significant component of comparison and changing one element creates the impression that the neighbouring ones have also changed. Because in the photograph there is a suggestion that the bridge of the nose is relatively wide at the base, it seems that a formal rhinoplasty with reduction in the width of the bridge tip and alar base would be the coherent solution to avoid unexpected aesthetic imbalances.
