My nose is closer to my left eye - Can this asymmetry be fixed? (Photo)

Hi, mostly out of curiosity: My nose is closer to my left eye than the right as you can see. The tip seems to be relatively in line with the centre of my face, but the root of the nose isn't. Can this be fixed?
